A sweltering heat dominated most of the match.
Elve Elegante was the most aggressive from start, and by T2 both Wardancers were out for the rest of the match (as well as the next one). In T4  Asbadd Branchgleam was crowd surfed to his death, and Heikki Kovalainen scored. The High Elves scored too, so first half ended 1-1.
In the second half Kauan Ammus threw an optimistic long bomb to Heikki Kovalainen, but it succeeded, and Zebrano Zephyrs once again had the lead. The High Elves now had numerical superiority, so they scored back easely. The Wood Elves hid the ball deep, and rushed forward with all their men on their left flank. The High Elves marked most of them, but in the final turn enough of them was blocked away, leaving Jukka Matti unmarked and only a GFI away from the Endzone. The route was clear, the difficult pass worked out perfectly, but Jukka Matti failed to catch it, ending the game in yet another draw for Elve Elegante and Zebrano Zephyrs.
"Party" Matti and Ananaduas Longshot both dropped in AV.
The second most experienced player in the league, Asbadd Branchgleam, died. |
